This is the page for our extra curricular clubs for KS1 and KS2 including things like football, gymnastics and Nerf please read below for more details.
Our extra curricular clubs will run from 3 - 4pm Tuesday to Friday. Please see below the timetable for the great range of clubs we are offering for the Summer Term.
These clubs are different to our childcare clubs, although if your child is attending our childcare clubs they can still be involved in our extra curricular clubs at no extra charge.
We will be offering inclusive clubs for KS1(Reception, Year 1 and Year 2) and KS2 (Years 3, 4, 5 and 6) everyday that we run.
Tuesday -
Nerf Club - After the great success of Nerf Club during our holiday club days we have decided to add it to our after school club timetable. We will be doing all sorts of different games using Nerf that are suitable for all children. We have all the equipment needed so there is no need to bring in anything from home. This is a great way for children to learn new skills, get active and have fun!
Wednesday
All Ages Hockey - A great game for those that love invasion games. Hockey is a great game for developing full body co-ordination and of course having lots of fun! We will look at all aspects of hockey and then bring it all together in all inclusive games.
Thursday -
KS1 Gymnastics - Gymnastics is a sport that contains all the essential elements of physical literacy and is an excellent asset in a childs physical development. We will be covering everything from the basic to the not so basic each Thursday in gymnastics and hopefully lots for the children to show their adults at home!
KS2 Gymnastics - We will be covering a whole range of gymnastics aspects from simple to advanced individual skills to group performances. We always try and use as much equipment and apparatus as possible to keep the sessions fun, exciting and different each week.
KS1 Football - The worlds most popular sport is here for all of KS1 on a Wednesday! All areas of skill development are on the menu for football on a Wednesday. We always make sure to include mini competitions and gameplay every week as well. Make sure children have their boots and shin pads at the ready!
Friday
All Ages Dodgeball - Here for all children and guaranteed to put a smile on anyones face is Dodgeball club. This fast paced and intense game tests your agility, accuracy and nerve and is loved by everyone. There are many different rule sets for Dodgeball and we will be playing each and every one of them. We can’t wait to get going every Friday afternoon!
Booking and Pricing
When booking and paying for a term in advance, our sessions work out to be £5 until 4pm. We also offer a 10% sibling discount for any additional children attending.
Ad-hoc sessions are £6.
Places will be awarded on a first come first serve basis. Places will be limited so make sure to book on early!
Prices
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (6 Weeks) - £30
Friday (5 Weeks) - £25
Prices are for 1 day each for the half term
Discounts
Should you have 2 or more children booked on for a session you will receive a 10% sibling discount for any additional child/ren.
Adhoc
Adhoc sessions are currently available every day, for every session and for all children. Please let a member of the PLAY at Glebe team know as soon as possible if you wish to make an Adhoc booking.

Booking your child a place at the Glebe after school clubs is easy, just fill out the online booking form below and click submit. Once you submit the booking form we will be in touch with you within 24 hours to confirm your booking
Pick up for all clubs will be at the Kingston Lane Gate.
