October Holiday Club
This October half term, PLAY are putting on 4 weeks of amazing activities at St Mary’s. This is a great opportunity for your children to get active and have fun with their friends over the Holidays.
Each day is filled with active and creative activities aimed to engage each and every child.
The dates are -
Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th, Wednesday 28th, Thursday 29th October
We will be open from 8am - 6pm
We also offer a short day option which is 8.45am - 3pm
PLEASE NOTE: Spaces will be limited per day and all spaces are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Throughout the holiday club we will be running our hugely popular creative side packed with activities such as art, design, craft making and cooking. As well as offering the children an opportunity to participate in fun multi-skills games such as Dodgeball, Basketball, Football and many more. Each day is filled with sports, games, arts and crafts and fun!

During the summer holidays, we will be introducing themed days for the children to enjoy! Alongside our usual free flow activities, we will be offering optional, structured activities for children to participate in throughout the day.
Monday – Cooking Craft
Each Monday, a member of the PLAY team will work with small groups of children to create a tasty treat that they can make, enjoy, and share during the club day.
Tuesday – Creative Craft
Each Tuesday, children will have the opportunity to take part in a different craft activity, allowing them to design, create, and take home their masterpiece.
Wednesday – Sporting Day
Each Wednesday, children can enjoy a new organised sport or team game. Activities may include rounders, hockey, tennis, football, or games chosen by the children themselves.
Thursday – Nerf Day
This October we are exciting to bring something new to our holiday club themes - Nerf Battle!
The children will have the chance to participate in fun, exciting and safe Nerf Battle, with games designed to encourage team work, communication and team friendly competition.
Children are welcome to bring their own Nerf Guns if they would like to use one. We will have a limited number of guns for children who do not have their own.
The games will be fully supervised, with clear rules and safety instructions.

Price per day
8am - 6pm: £40
8.45am - 3pm: £35
Also, if you have a second child attending you will receive an extra 10% sibling discount on the second child!
Adhoc
We accept ADHOC bookings on days where we have availability.
Please note that if you make a booking during the holiday club, or after the last Friday before the holiday club begins, you will be charged the ADHOC booking rate.
We recommend booking in advance to secure your child’s place and avoid the additional ADHOC charge.
Adhoc Prices
8am - 6pm - £50 8.45am - 3pm - £45
There is no sibling discount on ADHOC bookings.

Please fill out the form below and submit it. Once this has been processed you will receive an email confirmation of your child’s place. Please make sure you send payment by Cash / Cheque to the school office or pay by BACs transfer.
Please do not send a payment unless you have received a confirmation email.
Payment must be made in advance of you child attending
Please Note: Entry and Pick up will be at the Vale Park gate and children will require a packed lunch for each day. Please make sure anything they have is completely nut free.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are 10 minutes late for picking up your child there will be a £5 late fee. There will be an additional £5 fee for every 10 minutes thereafter
